Bradenton - State Representative Paige Kreegel of Punta Gorda endorsed
Bob McCann for State Representative, District 67.

"I think Bob McCann offers the voters the right mix of knowledge,
leadership and compassion to be effective not only for his district but
for the entire state of Florida," said Kreegel. "As a doctor, he not
only cares deeply about improving the healthcare system for patients but
is determined to help get Florida back on the right track through
policies that are fiscally sound and promote economic growth," continued
Kreegel.

Dr. Paige Kreegel represents District 72 in the Florida House of
Representatives (Desoto County and parts of Charlotte and Lee counties).
First elected to the Florida House in 2004, Representative Kreegel
chairs the Energy and Utilities Policy Committee and serves on the
General Government Policy Council, Health and Family Services Policy
Council, Health care Appropriations Committee and the Select Policy
Council on Strategic and Economic Planning. In his professional life,
Paige Kreegel works as a physician in private practice and serves as the
physician for the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office SWAT Team.

Bob McCann lives in Bradenton with his wife Rosemarie. Bob McCann is a
native of Chicago and served in the U.S. Navy from 1975 through 1979.
After completing his naval service, he attended college on the G.I. Bill
and went on to graduate from medical school at Kirksville College of
Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri in 1988.

In addition to being a practicing emergency room physician, Bob serves
as an adjunct professor of family medicine at LECOM-Bradenton (Lake Erie
College of Osteopathic Medicine) and is also a practicing attorney
working in the area of medical laws.

State House District 67 covers southern Hillsborough County as well as
Eastern Manatee and Sarasota Counties and will be open in 2010. Bob McCann is a registered Republican.
